Venture beneath the surface and delight in your own inner ocean!
Using techniques from modern and ancient teachings, we will learn to listen and be with our breath, observe
how movement emanates from the breath and rejoice in the beauty of it all!
Yoga asana, breath work, meditation and music form a symphony to guide you through this class and leave
you feeling you have reached a new shore of your being, discovered unknown depths, maybe even your own
inner treasure chest at the bottom of the seas…

Senior Teacher at the Celtic School of Yoga
Selina Gullery has been walking the path of yoga for nearly two decades. She has studied with both
traditional schools in India, receiving tantric initiation in 2007, and with schools in the West offering a
modern interpretation of yoga. Her classes reflect her love for the mystery of life, her rootedness in the
mythology and poetry of her homeland Ireland and the pure rapture of being alive, in tune with the music
of our breath and the rhythms of nature.
She travels the world from her home base in Bulgaria sharing her passion at retreats, at trainings, workshops
and at festivals. Selina teaches in French and English.
